Kidderminster Manager
Store Manager
What I do at Mountain Warehouse
Started off as Store Manager at our Longbridge store on the outskirts of Birmingham, love being a Store Manager and putting my style and experience into the store. It has come a long way since last year and the store is performing very well. Now progressed to a bigger store in Kidderminster which I have a fantastic team and get regular visits from Mark CEO with his lovely dog Jackson.
Looking forward to our store upsize AW25 where the store will be moving into the unit next door which is twice size.

Advice for prospective candidates
I strongly advise you take time out reading up on Mountain Warehouse so many candidates arrive at interviews not knowing who we are and the history of the company.
Being early for the interview is also a great start, this shows good time keeping and gives you time to look around the store, get the feel of working in a great store.
